As a practicing trauma surgeon, he co-designed this curriculum to bridge the gap between
the rigorous, outcome-focused discipline of clinical medicine and the leadership development
that health systems, GME programs, and residency directors need most.
His involvement is not advisory. He co-facilitates every cohort, bringing peer credibility
